Men At Work Healing
My brothers and I have a cumulative relationship of 30 years based on accountability, care, and a commitment to the growth and development of each other. Men At Work Healing is the combination of our individual and collective practices as men, offered to support real healing through the lenses of purpose, story, healing, and play. This is open to all men.
Black Men Speak
Sometimes because of what we’ve experienced, we need to heal with people who share our unique experiences. Black Men Speak is a safer place for men who identify as Black to share what’s on their hearts and minds.
I get to co-facilitate this space with Javere, an art therapist also based in Brooklyn. We meet virtually on the second Thursday of every month. The conversation is always rich, fulfilling, and inspiring. It is truly a space to heal. If you or someone you know could use this type of community let’s connect.
Dancing In The Park
Every Sunday (weather and schedule permitting), Alma Lacour and I are holding space for people to dance right in Brooklyn at Prospect Park. The boogie begins at 10 AM and the healing begins whenever you allow it. Who knew that just moving the body could be so fun, fulfilling and even meditative? It is a beautiful space for release and the only price of admission is that you show up. Come get this joy.
